I have used a Hawke Airmax 3-9x40 AO on my original QB78 for four years now, and needed a new scope for my latest QB, being very happy with Hawke products and service I decided to buy another Airmax, but the latest model is a 4-12x40 AO with EV optics which give a wider field of view and allow more light to pass through the lenses, it also has smoother turrets with nice finger grips you can use with gloves on, and it comes with flip up covers so after using it for a couple of weeks now I can highly recommend it.

| I've had two of their rifle scopes and just purchased a Hawke spotting scope. Great optics for the money. I have a new rifle ordered and it's coming with a Hawke scope, too. It also helps that Hawke's USA sales and service center is 8 miles from here. Enjoy your new optics, Al. |
