Hi everybody.. well my question is similar to the post we already have.

Which is the best source for buying pellets in WA state ? I have tried walmart and Big5 but couldn't find much variety. I am also looking for chamber oil. Crying or Very sad

Thanks in advance.

I can't help you with Washington State specifically- but there are tons of online vendors that you can use. If you are initially looking for different pellets to test out and see what your gun(s) like- try looking at the RWS "Pellet Sampler" and the Gamo "Sampler Pack"- both of which are packages with 4 different types of each of their pellets to try out (4 types/cans of 250 pellets each= 1000 pellets per "kit") unfortunately, these are only available in .177 caliber- not .22.

ohh that sounds great, let me try searching that kit and i am looking for .177 only.

Also can you pls suggest what brand of oil to use for compression chamber? I am already aware that it should be a high flash point oil like silicone oil but do you recommend any specific brand ? I want to use it for my IZH-46M. Exclamation Cool

Thanks for your help Eric.

The "official" silicone oil that's out there for combustion chambers is sold by a few manufacturers- Daisy and Crosman for sure. I don't know the Daisy part number, but Crosman uses the code "RMCOIL" as the part number on it.

So can this be used safely in airguns? e.g. the crossman silicone oil ?

Thanks.

Yes, you can use it in whatever spring-gun chamber you like. Here is the basic description of it:

Not cheap though, usually around $3 a tube (1/4oz tube).

ohh yes.. i was going through some of the posts on various websites on crossman silicone chamber oil and its a 100% synthetic silicone oil with high flash point used in chambers.. so i guess that should work for my IZH.

Thanks again for the info. Cool

Pyramyd is the only place that I purchase
airgun stuff. Least expensive place for pellets.
