Hi,
My name is Steve and I guess I have been firing airguns on and off for 30+ years since I helped build a range at school with the history master. Dad was an excellent pistol shot and shot for his London university. When I ended up at a rival Uni in London I also took up target pistol. This was then banned by the government so when I went on to Wales for my Phd studies I took up clay pigeon (is that 'skeet' in the USA).
Then there were a few fallow years while the kids were small but I now own:
BSA Club (the early .177 Airsporter -1930s?)
SMK Biathalon which is fun to shoot in the garage at about 5yrds
Westlake B2 .177 break barrel
Gamo Falcon air pistol
SMK QB78 .177
SMK QB78 .22
I enjoy safe shooting and general tinkering. I built a custom 10m target rifle for my brother and intend to canibalise the qb78 .177 to build another for myself.
Cheers,
Steve |

Welcome to AirGunHome Steve, UK members are a bit scarce on the ground but you will find that this forum has no inhabitations as far as airguns are concerned, so talk about power mods or anything else is welcome and not jumped upon as in the UK.
There is quite a bit of info onQB.s also on here to do with just about anything you can think of, also if you have anything to add please do.

Welcome to the forum SteveSteve
That work turning a QB78 into a dedicated 10m gun sounds great. I look forward to hearing about it |
