Hey, guys
i have been looking all over the net for some chart that tells the energy needed to humainly kill animals
we have the energy calculators to find the footlbs but then what do we do from there?
if any1 could post a chart of some sort it would be greatly appreciated.
p.s. i will also continue to look and when it is found post it in the hunting section.
thanx |

Hi Outdoorsman ,
here is what doc Beeman had to say about the subject .FWIW I have found that a general guidline of 1 ftlb/pound game wieght works really well . Weither it be on a 5 lbs rabbit or a 20 pound raccoon or a 5 ton elephant !
