Now that I am obsessed with getting my Discovery, I am now doing all of the research I could possibly do. However I do have one question since I am new to PCPs. Do they have a Break-In Period as Break Barrels do?'

| The barrel doesn't have a break-in period to speak of, but the other moving parts- i.e. trigger, bolt, etc. do- most guns they are a bit tight and/or rough until they've been cycled a few hundred times to wear the rough edges off. This won't affect your shooting, but cocking the bolt, for example, might be a bit tighter/harder than it will end up eventually. This is especially true on rifles with rotating magazines- the more moving parts the more there is to break-in. |

Well let me tell you a little story about a guy named sean. This fella tweeked and tinkered and fiddled until he had his pcp stacking a particular pellet through the the same hole. THEN HE CLEANED IT
Then he was very sad
200 rds later he is still very sad because the groups are very good....but not stacking. |
