If $200.00 is the budget, look at these:

Umarex Octane .22 cal. I am loving mine. The trigger sucks but is very easy to fix. Very accurate and very powerful.

I've had great luck with my Umarex/Browning Leverage in .22. Costs right around 200 bucks, and comes with an adequate duplex reticle, 3-9x, AO scope.

I picked one of these up for $120 tested prior to shipment, they're pretty nice gun for the money, added a low end scope, and you can pick most anything off inside of 30 yds. They're Co2, so no pumping or break barrel action, just drop a pellet in the breach and fire. My arm gets a little sore with my pump guns, this is a lot easier. Smile

The Benjamin 392 or the Sheridan Blue streak. Tried and true. Both have been around for ages, both can deliver the payload. They're available for under 200 bucks.

A CO2 gun is a good choice, but is limited to warm weather. Definitely down on power when the temp drops below 70 degrees F.

I suggest a standard model Benjamin Titan! 20+ pounds of energy downrange, accurate, and not loud at all. I got one at WalMart for 150 dollars and have always been tickled with it, especially after replacing the scope. Great gun.

It's a QB78 Deluxe, I picked it up from a place called Archer Air Guns. I was not a big fan of Co2 (all I had was pistols), until I got this thing, I have a lot of break barrels, and the Benjamine pumps, they are nice, but with this thing you just drop a pellet in and keep shooting, they get plenty of shots as well. We've been somewhat snowed in this weekend, and I've probably shot 250 rounds in my basement range with it, no problems.
