I need to know the dimensions of the seal retainer/plunger (the disc that sits atop the piercing pin seal)- someone lost theirs and a new one needs to be machined- but I don't have any laying around to use as a model... |

That's part number 10-082, no? I'd include a piccie if I didn't have all batteries flat but from the description it's the best match
11mm in diameter, 5,1mm high, with a slot across of 1.4mm deep. It has chamfered edges. The hole in the middle is 3.45mm in diameter. It's not a straight disk either, the topside is chamfered inwards (does that have name?) towards the center hole, so to speak.

That is the one, thank-you.
I don't see what the chamfering is doing? Perhaps giving a 'pocket' for the end of the 12g caplet.
Either way, the overall diameter, diameter of hole and the height is good for me to get on it. |
