I've put this as a seperate post as the other Pellet Dispenser Post was getting a bit messy and this is all new.

A few people have expressed an interest in making one of these, but are put off because of the tools or skill involved, so after much thought I have come up with this.

To start with you need brass tube, after much searching I finally found some in Boston that's Boston England, not the Colonial one in the USA, and it is made in Chicago, IL USA by KS Engineering, so if we can get it over here I'm sure you can get it over there, after all Chicago is just over the border from Canada. Smile

I bought two tubes one fits inside the other. If you are going to use an plastic pen for the outer tube then you do not need the larger one.

These are the tools you will need plus a drill/dremal and vice

You will probably have to make this tool, it's for grinding one end of the nozzle so that the pellet skirt drops freely down the tube, it's a piece of 1/8 brass rod with a slot cut in the end, drop a piece of emery in the slot wrap it round the rod and you have a grinding tool to put in your drill.

This is important the pellet skirt must drop freely down the nozzle to the position in the photo.

When you have finished pinch the points of the dispenser between your fingers just enough to grip the front of the pellet.

And when you have finished the dispenser use the larger tube to make the storage part of the dispenser, to fasten the nozzle to the tube use electrical tape, then if you get a jam it is easily removed.
