i am thinking about getting the bsa polaris underlever. i am aware this is basically a gamo cfx, but i think it looks better and has wood. my question is do you guys think this is a good squirrel gun for shots in the 20 to 40 yrd. range? i cant see going past that on my property. i enjoy target shooting for tight groups as well on my 20 yrd back yard range so i would love a rifle that will do both well. as a last resort i may blow more money and get the hw97k. im trying to stay on budget so although i know the beeman is a superior gun, i was trying to satisfy my love for target shooting and lust for squirrel blood! thanks alot! walt. |

They are a good gun....
the only thing is they are a bit slower to load than a brake barrel
that isn't a prob till yer need to get a follow up shot away before the
wounded critter gets away.. |

| good primary gun need also a good secondary gun I am talking about the knife. For me the best that you would keep a rabbit knife in your side while your in hunting. |
