About a year ago I met a girl on the internet. She accidently added me to skype. Right now I am in Paris with her, her mom and her sis and we're having a gay ol' time. All on their costs.

Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up. It's a pretty interesting city. Wink

Sorry guys, have been waiting way to long with this. Since she left I feel a real big gaping hole where my heart should be. Ain't love grand? It is in Paris, so they say.

Everything they say about Latinas is true. Whatever that means, I somehow felt obligated to say that. Razz

BUT, I assure you it was all worth it.

Some pics of our time together:

This was a museum of some kind of painter. He may have been famous. It was in Amsterdam. From left to right: Aline's mom, Aline, some dude with glasses.

This is a long story. 150 kilometers in a Taxi (Chrysler 300C).

This is me and Aline in front of the Moulin Rouge, which is pretty much what we are staring at. What's more impressive is the amount of drug stores you find in Paris (green cross).

This is Aline, contemplating if we want to wait 4,5 hours in a line to get to the top of the Eiffeltower.

Our son. I jest, he was on the same bus as us, we went to paris on a 4 day bus tour. This picture was taken on the top floor of the tour montparnasse, which is a skyscraperish-thing in the middle of Paris.

And this is on the roof of the aforementioned skyscraper. Though I am terrified of heights, I somehow felt quite comfortable on this one.

Maybe because the view was stunning.

This may be the grave of Napoleon, still regarded a hero by most French.

The Ballroom in the Castle of Vaux-le-Vicomte. This place was kind of a Versailles-prototype. The guy (Fouquet) who owned it got thrown in jail by the then ruling Louie, and this same Louie ordered the construction of something more grand and decadent, which turned out to be Versailles.

You could rent golf carts, and Aline's sis and me would drive. Fun ensued, with both Mexican and Dutch driving style.

Back in Paris, Montmartre, and that cathedral on top of a hill. From left to right we see Aline's sister, Aline and again that guy that keeps popping up in pictures. We also visited the cafe from the movie Amelie, which is not far from there. Amelie is Aline's favorite movie, in spite of the fact that she loaths the French and the French language. Which means it should be a pretty good movie, and it is.

One of the things I enjoyed the most that after all that mellow Dutch food and French food, when they got back they burned their tongue on anything Mexican.

This comes from people who have chili-flavoured candy. The kind that gets your tongue blisters.

Apparently, Mexicans speak generally better Spanish then people from Spain, however, they also have a lot of their own way of saying things. Kind of like British and American English.
