After a closer inspection of the 008 and 617.. I notice that there isn't any crown on them at all,, they both have nice rifling but no crowns,, anybody also notice this.. Im sure they would be alot more accurate if they had them.
Going to have to wait a bit to get that done, other stuff on the go.

| Neither of those 2 Daisy's have crowns? That seems odd! Mind-you, maybe Daisy is going with the idea that a nice, straight barrel cut is better than an effed-up machining job, at least from a mass-production point-of-view. |

with the 008 and 617 last night in the basement and we really couldn't complain, if we did our job the grouping wasn't to bad, mind you I only have about 7 yrds but we were hitting the bull with both and the grouping was pretty good and could only see when the barrels get crowned that it will get better.
