Anyone else around here who was or is into miniatures? I don't have this particular model but I got a bunch until I quit working on them in 2004.

I personally think they're cool, but guess I'm not officially into them. My brother however, is way into modeling figurines and special FX. We are going to http://www.wonderfest.com/ this weekend...its usually tons of fun with plenty B movie actors.

Here is my brothers blog with all his crazy models: http://thesepulcher.blogspot.com/ He does write-ups for modeling magazines.

Nice collection Anton, but I prefer my 1/16 scale RC Walker Bulldog, I can sit in a chair with a beer while it trundles around the garden taking pop shots with it's bb gun.

They say that as you get older you revert to being a kid again.

Sorry Anton I didn’t mean it to come out like that, I was just meant that I admire you modelling skills, especially with small scale kits. Apology

I can’t manage small stuff these days, so I go in for larger scale stuff.

Basically I’m just plain idle. Laughing

Haha, I did this stuff back when I was 16. Last model is from that time at least. Mr. Green

By the way, the Italian fighter and the Stuka tank hunter are one of the models I did in my later years. I actually got 4 or 5 shermans, of which the two are the same kit. On one I added the .50.

They're the Airfix ones. I also have two Sherman fireflies.
