I know the newer Benjamin 392s manufactured by Crosman can be rather easily fitted with a peep sight. Are the older 392s the same or must one drill/tap them to accommodate a peep sight? How easily is the rear blade sight removed to add a peep sight?
Thanks |

| A couple people around here fit the #0064 Benjamin Peep Sight to older Benjamin's without modifications- lending credence to the idea that the Crosman statement of "only for Benjamin rifles made since 1992 (or some year like this)" is simply not accurate. I can't say I know this personally as I don't currently own an older 392, but at least two people with pre-1990 guns have claimed here in the past that the Benjamin Peep Sight works without modification. |
