I got a beeman 1048 2 years ago, now im 22 got my P.A.L! and to get some handy man practice i wanna modify this to shoot faster as im sure it doesnt shoot 495 fps! so anyone got any ideas cant find no info on web. if y'all know sum thing tell me! |

There's likely a hole drilled somewhere in the compression tube to vent pressure. Most recommend to drill/tap the hole and set a screw in there to block the hole. Care must be taken to properly do this.
The spring is also likely to be an underpowered version. A full-power spring could be had (if not one designed for another rifle, that fits).
