your quest might hit 400fps with 'em. not good on the spring.
heavy pellets are best with the most powerful pcp's. my marauder only hits near 700fps with the 28.4.
keep it under 16 grains in the quest. springer power peaks with middle weight pellets. 18+ is too heavy.
as it is your gun is likley shooting 650-700fps/14.3. |

my logun like the 28 grain domed version, but those pointed 32 grains are just too long.
i'd say they are WAY too heavy for that quest |

Mate don't put them anywhere near a springer...
18gr should be the max in a springer...
Evanix will toss a 32gr at 1000fps
Do the numbers on that.."fpe"

if you do have access to a chrony i would be curious to see what they hit.
a few won't hurt the gun but tin after tin will.
my tech force 89 which is huge and 20fpe- 14.3@ 800 flat throws the 28.4's @ 535fps. that's still 18fpe.
i'd guess 400 fps like i thought.
i've never bought any but they'd probably do 650 in the marauder.
still, too slow to be effective. |
