Nah, it works and that's final. The umarex is going on top. on two other hooks. The tape makes sure that the gun doesn't slip. It's stable there. You'd have to give it a big push if you would want it to drop.
The new stock will be longer and a big fatter so it's going to fit a bit better. |

Those hooks work A-OK, but if you're in the process of making a new stock- why not make a gun rack with ammo drawers as well? A gun rack is probably three times easier to make than a stock! |
