ok, i took the day off to take Pops Racer to the doc this mornin, so i figured i needed some play time. before swapping scopes (see other thread) i went down to the corn fields not too far from here and shot a few rounds thru each rifle.
this was an 85 yard shot (measured) with the super streak. i had 10 set up and nailed 9!!!! (only found a couple after so only posting one)

Too bad you are so far away.... Next time you come to Cali for a race... ya need to get with Guy and me and go to the pit for some distace shooting... Hell if your taveling I80 you go right past us. I have an RV Pad next to the shop. That is if your trailer isn't pink.... har har...
Bring your own TOFU Burgers!
It has been a couple of weekends since we last went... It would be nice to have another capable long distace shooter with us... Say... paintballs at 75+ yards? 5 Gal LP tank at 200...
We got Air... leave your hand pump at home...
Besides... Sniper won't drive up... He is not even in the Cool Kids Club till he gets his Marauder... ha ha |

bottle caps at 85 yards with an AG?
holy crap.
Okay, I was wondering why everyone says the Gamos aren't that accurate, now I think I finally understand. There's no way my Gamo could turn in performance anything like that.
VERY impressive shooting. |

maybe i just got a "good" one, but bottle caps at 65 yards were never a problem with this thing, so an extra 20 yards wasnt all that hard. the more i shoot this thing, the more accurate it becomes (or the more i get used to how it shoots, you decide).
but......... now that i'm swapping scopes around.... lord knows how long it will be before i can duplicate this |

Unless you're driving Joe-style, then it's 15 minutes. |
