How did you make it? All I can get from the photo is that it's long and ported. Materials? Elaboration? Finish? How can I make one that looks as nice?

The only thing that I'm gonna say, is that
it was painted flat black, It has holes drilled in it and it has a washer on the exit side to make the discharge hole smaller......
