| hi,everyone. i have a crosman storm xt in .177 with the included center point scope. i bought a aftermarket BSA laser sight and flashlight and installed per instructions. want to do a little rabbit safari at night. laser works fine but bottom half of my scope picture is obscured by the front sight with the flashlight on in dark. how do i rectify this? maybe remove the front sight? any experience with solutions for this would be great. thanks. |

Welcome to airgunhome ironworker, just remove the sight if you are using a scope you don't need it.

| The Storm XT is a relabeled Quest/B18 sold through a couple of "Big Box" retailers. The front sight can be removed with the crescent wrench technique without issues. |

OK then Eric excuse my ignorance but what it the "crescent wrench technique".
The only thing I think it could be is sliding an adjustable wrench behind the sight and smacking it with an hammer.
or is the "crescent wrench technique" more subtle.
