My RWS 34 has proven to be a good shooter, however the point of impact occasionally goes low. I believe this may be the scope rings moving from recoil. The forward recoil of spring guns may be the culprit? Should I buy a single piece set-up to stop this? Thank.

That looks like a very solid base. I am a bit confused on why they recommend 2 piece rings? Also, will the weaver style rings fit between the picatinny rails which act as scope stops? It seems the picatinny rails are too close together to act as scope stops? Any replies appreciated.
