While I do believe the vast majority of the member of this board are more pro active people that have better things to do then sit indoors watching the old boob tube. Yet, there are times, depending upon weather, health or whatever, that this just doesn't happen.

So I was thinking, with all the channels out there, including the half dozen or so sports channels, why isn't there at least one channel that has at least one 30 minute weekly show on air guns?

What I'm suggesting, if anyone's interested in doing this, is a letter/email campaign to get at least one show on one of the current outdoors type channels. But first we'd need to figure out which channel to work with.

My DirectTV line up has Verses Channel, Sportsmans, Outdoor Network and Hunt TV. Espn and Espn 2 only have a limited amount of what I call outdoors sports, so I don't think they'd go along with this.

I usually watch the Outdoor Channel when I watch TV at all.

V.S. is almost as good. When there isn't anything good on the outdoor channel, usually V.S. has something on.

A show all about air guns would be nice. They have shows about everything else, a show about air rifles would round it out pretty well I think.
