My first try at shooting cat food cans with my new Beeman P17
standing off2hands at 36 feet from the cans.
I was using Crosman pointed pellets yesterday afternoon.
This shaky 62 years old guy was shooting open sight with reading glasses .

Yeah, they're a lot of gun for the money.
I regularly nail hornets out to 20 yards
(from a bench) with mine. Great trigger
right out of the box. |

| Pretty darn good for 36 feet- I think we may have a real challenger in the Target Shooting Competition now if Rene shoots his P17 at 5m (15 feet)! |

Yes as soon as I put some of my spare money on a printer instead of airguns |

I was out in the back yard just the other day shooting
some 19" TV picture tubes with the Condor and 9mm
autoloader before taking them to the recyling center.
They make great reactive targets.
Old cast iron cookware (fry pans, griddles, coffee pots) from the thrift
store work pretty good too. |

Don't feel to bad those cans can be quite tough.
And I'm sure the little P17 will get better.
