Well first of all I am sorry I have not gotten on in a while my computer had some problems. Ok well I had a 760 for shooting chipmunks in the side yard well i got two of them and then right when I was aiming to take another one when i pulled the trigger and seal or something broke and air wooshed out and i dont have the skill to fix it and it was only like $15 that is that. So now I only have my 1377 which its accuracy is not very good at all. Its about 1 inch group at 10 yards. So I have noticed some mice and voles in my garage latly and my 1377 could not one of them at 5 yards. Sorry I am just babbling on and on. So basicaly I am looking for another pistol to shoot mice under $50 and a rifle to shoot pigeons out at around 20-30 yards I am leaning towards the qb78 because I am a fan of carbines and it is sorta compact compared to breakbarrels and have heard good reviews of it. Have any of you guys had luck with the 78?

17xx co2 pistols from Crosman.

Crosman 1077 rifle. The 1760 or 2260 without a scope are a bit less, but not repeaters, I don't know if you want that option.

That'll cost you about $200 for the rifle, pistol, couple tins of pellets and some co2 I think. TBH, I'd just get the 1760 and be able to put some mods into it, it's not too powerful to take chipmunk, and can reach out to hit those pigeons.

If you get the xx60 then I do suggust getting the xx60XE version that comes with a scope and mounts, just making it all that much easier.

It just sounds like your 1377 needs some attention. It's capable of much greater accuracy than you are currently getting. The trigger benefits from polishing and a lighter sear spring. With a softer/smoother pull your accuracy will increase.
The barrel may need recrowning as well. Then there are other small modifications you can make to make the airgun more efficient. Less pumping with the same or greater output. A flat top piston would be the greatest addition.
You should easily hit your target at 10yards with the 1377. At 20 yards, it depends on how well you can hold a pistol, but you can get a removable stock put on it as well.
