Picked one up last weekend. Must be one of the earliest Diana's. Any info on these would be appreciated. This one is .177 smoothbore, half round/half octagonal barrel with a wedding band or ring at the receiver junction. Metal on the rear srping housing and trigger guard is nickled. No other markings than Diana Luft Gewehr on top barrel flat.
Shoots wadcutters about 300 - 350 fps, or same as my Webley Hurricane. Nice little gallery type rifle. |
