1) Target to download and print: Week 34; Apr/28>May/04/2008
Print to full-size on an A4 or 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
2) Shooting distance is 5m/16.4ft for pistols.
3) Shooting distance is 10m/32.8ft for rifles.
4) Any sighting device may be used.
5) NO rests or steadying aids are allowed.
6) 20 shots at targets, 2 per green. 10 sighting/practice shots not on the clock using gold.
7) 15 minutes total time (take whatever amount of time for each shot you like, but at 15 minutes-stop!).
8) Scoring is 10 points for green, 2 points for black and no points for white. Only two hits per green counts. Maximum point count is 200.
9) Entries need to be scanned or photographed and posted. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
10) You can enter using both pistol and rifle as separate entries- but all rules must be followed for each.
11) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
12) This is an honorable contest for sport- if you lie or cheat, you are the only one who really loses. Please keep it above-board!
13) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
14) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others. |

The more I shoot the FWB300S the more I like it.It is just so damn smooth with no recoil and a trigger from heaven.I really have to watch my friggen trigger finger though! after shooting a different gun with a little stiffer trigger I am apt to shoot unexpectedly.I have also wondered why it does not have a saftey?
Maybe the pro's don't like something in there way.At any rate it is a shooter that one has to appericate,with never a pellet flyer or a wonder why it went the wrong way.Shot after shot it just puts them right in the bull if not the same hole.It amazes the hell out of me.

| I bought a FWB 300S from Jim E. about 4 months ago. It's like BB said------amazing rifle! The trigger is to die for. One night I was shooting in my basement, barely touched the trigger and shot a hole in my ceiling! I never come close to touching it now till it's time to fire. BB how do you hold it up and shoot so well with it---it's very heavy? I've always been mainly a pistol shooter and I'm having a tough time doing off hand with any of my air rifles. It gets discouraging at times. From the bench I'm fine but off hand...! Any advice guys? |

Martial arts can help with your zen (how you interact
with your immediate physical environment to the point
of almost being one with it). Kung Fu is another name
for it. It also improves self discipline, awareness, stamina
and accuracy. Football players, ballerinas and technical rock
climbers use it. It can benifit you in most everything that
you do. JMO.

Crosman 2240/RWS Meisterkugeln 14 grain/aperture front+rear, 54 year-old eyes/standing two hands/5meters = 52/200
My first "postal" match ever. Just got the Crosman cleaned up, and thought I'd try it. Nasty score, but fun. Either I or the gun need practice. Yes, I know the answer to that one.
