1) Target to download and print: Week 35; May/05>May/11/2008
Print to full-size on an A4 or 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
2) Shooting distance is 5m/16.4ft for pistols.
3) Shooting distance is 10m/32.8ft for rifles.
4) Any sighting device may be used.
5) NO rests or steadying aids are allowed.
6) 12 shots at targets, 2 per ring. 10 sighting/practice shots not on the clock using green.
7) 10 minutes total time (take whatever amount of time for each shot you like, but at 10 minutes-stop!).
8) Scoring is 10 points for red, 2 points for black and no points for white. Only two hits per ring counts. Maximum point count is 120.
9) Entries need to be scanned or photographed and posted. Please list gun, pellet, sighting device and total time expended.
10) You can enter using both pistol and rifle as separate entries- but all rules must be followed for each.
11) Score your own target. Winner and Runner-Up will be verified by board officials.
12) This is an honorable contest for sport- if you lie or cheat, you are the only one who really loses. Please keep it above-board!
13) Each competition runs from Monday to Sunday. Your entry must be posted in the forum no later than 23:00 GMT Sunday.
14) These rules are for this week's shooting competition and may change for others. |

First shot right in the Bullseye No Points! Top left,,,Crap!
Rich In Mich told me when he installed the L/W .20 cal. barrel it would get better with time.Well I must admit it has become quite the tack driver I was looking for.
It will now out-shoot my.22 cal. RWS 48 and at 4 pounds lighter it is a pleasure to shoot. Some guys like a lot of weight when shouldering a rifle.I have been told it helps them steady it better. However I much prefer a light weight gun to my shoulder.I Still wiggle a little but it seems to me I can steady it better because I am not fighting the weight as much.
J another nice choice of targets,but I must admit it is not that hard for me to miss the bullseye.LOL that first shot was pure luck believe me!
I look forward to next weeks target,I waited all of that Shitty Michigan winter for this.

Rifle = .20 Cal. Crosman Quest (fully modded with RWS 350M spring ,custom piston,Lother/Walther,.20 cal. barrel,tricked trigger,930 -940FPS.
Scope= Leapers Swat 4-16X56MM AO W/Sidewheel.
Pellets= Beeman 11.9 GR. H&N Match wadcutters.

I’m afraid sitting is not allowed, standing only using one or two hands and no rests whatever.
Have a go at this weeks target and see how you get on, you might suprise yourself.
