Go to http://s154.photobucket.com sign up then upload your video, when that is done copy the link it gives you and paste it here.
With a bit of luck it should display a photo of the first frame of the video, which plays when you click on it.

With the new improvements to the photobucket uploading system, doing Funny Image of the Day has been a hell lot more simpler, It can even re-size them as they upload! 
By the way, for this forum you have to copy the code from the bottom box, below the image/video, looks like this:
