I need to get a pcp hand pump. What is the best one out there. I am retired and want one that is the not hardest to pump and is reliable and last along time.Any suggestions would be great. Jack |

Hill pumps are by far the best. |

I don't know that Hill pumps are necessarily the best, certainly one of the better ones- but they use common standard-size o-rings as seals so they are easier to repair if/when the time comes. |

The Airforce and Benjamin pumps are the same (I believe they are also sold under a third name/brand but I can't remember which at the moment). |

My first Benjamin pump got the lock-up problem a bit shy of two years old, just a simple o-ring replacement but it wasn't heavily used in the time it functioned properly. I only replaced it with another because I managed to squeeze the brass fitting the hose screws into on the base out of round (don't ask, dummy moment) |
