and out of 4 new Crossman,2 hatsans. 3 gamos and a hw 30s,and a Diana 34 to5 the Diana and hw are still here . the others were problem children from the start. both the hw and Diana have never been opened up and have been shot a lot. I'm sure there are some hw and dianas that were bad from the get go but so far those 2 make me smile every time I shoot them. they hit where I'm looking and cant say that for some of the others. a few were accurate but had mechanical problems. anybody else have any storys like that?

Everyone who has bought a quantity of rifles (of any sort) has likely had a few 'lemons' in the batch. I recall a Crosman 38 pistol I had that just couldn't hold gas no matter how many times/who repaired it- short of finding or manufacturing my own parts, it acts as a paperweight now. There have been a few others, not so much "bad" but definitely a disappointment compared to what I had expected (an original Crosman Quest 12 years ago comes to mind).
