I found me a Mint Daisy 880 20TH Anniversary Edition on the Crosman forum last week,I couldn't pass it up for $25.00 USD.He says it s a leaker but I'll just send it to 22Magnum for a total rebuild and power tune.LOL!!! I think I can handle a leaker after doing a Sheridan,Benjiman 312 and a couple of early Daisy's it will be no problem.Alot of times they just need a good cleaning in the holding and valve area, once I get it open I will check all the seals for resilience, nicks and tears. If the seals and orings are the least bit hard they will be replaced. But I don't think thats the problem as it is a 1992 model,It takes along time for rubber to crystalize.More than likely the wrong lubes were used and its full of gunk and sludge.
As for the B2(B1)Lock Barrel I am still waiting for a muzzle break to arrive from Crosman.I placed an order for many parts on the 24th of Jan still not here. But my VISA was charged so there must be a back order or there to busy sending out all the new DISCO rifles.Anyway when ever the order comes and I can install the Crosman TAC1 Muzzle break I'll shoot some pic's of the Chinese rifle with Quest spring, customized stock and graphics on the forearm for you guy's to see.
