diana 54 airking mod question

has anybody tried installing orings on the slide rails to reduce shock to the scope? been thinking about putting some on each end of the slide pins letting metal hit rubber instead of metal to metal

No but that is a great idea or might I say experiment that could benefit many if it works out with consistent POI.
