You could come here and order an airgun from the UK, then you'll have a FAC-version for sure... or something. I don't think that solves the problem. I also think that you will have a very hard time buying an airgun here, because there aren't a lot of shops due to the tremendous amounts of rules that we have here. I mean, I got both of my guns second handed, and they were a bit of luck. 40 euro's for a very nice Slavia 630 is no money at all. That was luck. Airmagnums go around for about 200 second handed. I do see a lot of tuned Weihrauchs, some specially with a 7.5 J spring in it (reffering to the 12 FP) That would be considered smuggling though, if you take it back with you along with booze. I think you'll be better of buying one in Belgium, and they seem to have the 7.5 joule rule too. Not sure about that though. My guess, and personal favorite is to try and hunt down a bargain. In the end, it's always a bit of a gamble though... That's why you are better of looking in the UK. Be sure to try and track bargains down in a bit remote places, since they mostly don't know enough about airguns and airgun prices. That's how I got the Slavia. Just a bit of a country-fella who wanted to go more heavy. I think he's got himself a Gamo now. I could sell you my Slavia :P I'd send it in parts or something. I think that WILL become quite expensive. I can do 170 shots from a CO2 capsule, and only the last 20 or so are bad. Anyway I'll have a look at a heated pad and see what I can sort out,I would prefer to continue to use my Co2 guns in th winter. Must have one! Springers are good for you and your overall technique. Buy a springer Alstone, or you will suffer tremendous pain and stuff. I've heard plenty of times about guys who build a heater into their Airmagnum. End result it wasn't worth the effort. As for the field shooting I only do that now and again, mostly it's target or plinking, plus I would never be happy with a gun that I didn't like the look of. After saying that I have to admit when I see somthing I like my brain shuts down and I hand over the money, so I might finish up with a another Co2 rifle.
