Its very easy....to reduce power lighten the traveling mass..
ie- piston /top hat....
to quiten..sleve your guides with nylon "smaller dia steel guides will be needed"

yes I have tried 10.5 crosman's and 16.1 eun juns...still loud as a .22
Big cat is about 6 months old with about 3500 rounds through it. accurate tack driver , just friggin loud.

Anyone have any advice on a lower power spring for a gamo bigcat ?
I get a loud crack no matter what type of pellet I use...Trying to quiet it down a bit for the neighbors...

The only thing that I'm gonna say, is that
it was painted flat black, It has holes drilled in it and it has a washer on the exit side to make the discharge hole smaller......
