Yea to be honest I surprised myself. I dont think a telescopic sight would fit on the 2240. And I've always considered telescopic or red dot sights to be cheating a little. It would be interesting to ...

Thanks guys,

all this stuff about firearms licenses and the like before purchasing an airgun, does this apply to models that shoot >500fps?

I managed to vacate from any populated areas and shot at both 20m and 30m again free handed. I was very surprised at the accuracy. I can now say that the sights are set for something over 10m as the s ...

It looks to me like only the rear sight can be adjusted in an up/down manor. The stray shots were me trying to hit elsewhere on the target aside from the cluster right above the center of the target. ...

Just printed off a batch and shot at 10m 10 shots with the crossman 2240, no scopes or sights, just unassisted stock sights, free hand.
